Devang is also an accomplished Yoga practitioner, teacher and fitness enthusiast.
Head of Primary market has been a part of the core team for more than a decade. In terms of actual ground work and time spent in the market, he is absolutely critical to the company. He liaises with developers, sales professionals to get the relevant deals that he is sourcing for his clients and ensures that they get the best possible option, information and ultimately deals from the primary market.
Our Goa market head, Sai is a vastly experienced real estate professional in the Goa real estate space. He has been highly active for more than a decade in dealing in all kinds of real estate in Goa, especially North Goa. He has been instrumental in closing various residential, commercial, land, villas, under construction property deals across the length and breadth of North Goa including in locations like Porvorim, Panjim, Miramar, Dona Paula, Panjim, Mhapusa, Calangute, Arpora, Baga, Candolim. He has also worked with corporates like Idea cellular, Dempo, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Spanco Telecom, etc. A dedicated team player, Sai is a vital cog in the Realspace Asssets wheel.
Head of LoanPlanet.in, our loan division, is a veteran of the home loan industry and has been with us for almost 5 years. By virtue of being in the industry veteran he has good relationships with banks, home loan sales professionals, brokers and understands all the nuances that go into delivering the best possible loans to clients. Our core business of real estate consultancy compliments this division and we generate most of the home loan seekers from our internal database itself. This is a critical & important part of our company’s earnings as 90% of buyers avail loans and it is a continuous business vertical.
